3) Click Next Step after selecting a contact. From here

you will see a list of all communication between the parent and school, for all students that the parent is linked to in the MIS:
a. On this page, you can view the entire history of communication by scrolling down and clicking the arrows at the bottom of the page to view more (if available).
b. From the Options at the bottom of the page, you can toggle to add a manual message to the list of communication with this parent. This is suitable for recording communication the school has had with this parent (about either student) outside of Messenger e.g. through a phone call or letter home.
4) If you have chosen to Add Manual Message, click Next Step from the bottom right corner. From the next page, you will be able to select what type of message was used, as well as typing any important notes regarding the message itself:

5) Once you have entered a message, click Next Step from the bottom right.
6) You will have a chance to review the details of your manual message. If you need to make any changes, simply click Back from the bottom left. Otherwise, just click Send. Your message will now be added to the Communication History.
