Request SMS credits

You can request more SMS credits directly from within your Messenger account.

1) From the side panel, please click Request more SMS credits Request_SMS1.png.

2) This will start a very short wizard from which you can request the size of a new SMS bundle. Simply toggle next to the bundle you wish to purchase.

3) Towards the lower half of this step, please fill in your name, contact number and email address.

4) Click Send from the bottom right. This will send your purchase request to Groupcall’s Customer Care team. Someone from the team will then be in touch to confirm the purchase and update this bundle on to your account.
