Logging in

1) If you have been provided with a new Messenger account by your school administrator, you should receive an email with your Username and a link to create a password for your account.

2) Click on the link in the email and you will be directed to Messenger to verify your account.

3) On this page, you will need to enter the last four digits of your mobile number, then simply click Send Password. If you are unsure of your mobile number, please speak to your school administrator as they will be able to confirm the information that was used during the setup of your account.

4) Once you receive an email with your temporary password, go back to m5.groupcall.com and enter your username and temporary password. You will then be asked to create a permanent password for your Messenger account.



Top Tip: Didn’t receive emails to verify and log into your account? Check your Junk folders. If you don’t receive anything after a couple of hours, please get in touch with the Support Team.

Reset Password

If you are unsure of your login details, are having trouble getting logged back in, or think your password has been compromised, follow the below steps.

1) Go to m5.groupcall.com and click Forgotten password. Then enter your username along with your email.Unsure of your email?

a. Unless you have previously changed your email address in the User Settings of your account, you’ll need use the email address that was advised to you when you first started using Messenger (usually your school email address).

b. Unsure of your username? Please contact your school administrator as they will be able to check your username.

2) You will receive an email containing a temporary password. , you will also receive an SMS with your temporary password.

3) Visit m5.groupcall.com enter your username and temporary password into the correct fields. You will then be prompted to create a permanent password. Click here to view a comprehensive guide on how to make a strong password.

 


Top Tip: Please note, if you enter incorrect details three times, your account will be locked for security reasons. In the event of this happening, please contact your school administrator (who is responsible for Messenger) to unlock your account.
