History & Response Centre

The History & Response Centre is accessed via the ‘History’ button in the top right - please note you may not have access to this area dependent on your user settings; speak to your Groupcall Administrator if you believe you should have access.

The History view keeps a permanent record of all messages together with;

- Transmitted Date and Time - Message Title - Type of Message - Who sent the message -

- Delivery Status - SMS Count - Email Count -

- Voice Count -


To understand more detail about the individual meanings of message statuses please see below;

Please note, statuses can take time to update as on most occasions the attempt to send the message will have multiple attempts after possible failure. Please allow time for this to take place.
