Emerge Desktop development has been focused on helping schools save money – Dinner Money. Now live, Emerge Desktop allows primary schools to record dinner registers in the morning, so they have an accurate count of the meal they need to cook each and every day. One school has already calculated they save around £5000 per year JUST on wasting less food, due to accurate number of meals.
Emerge Desktop saves time for schools too, by calculating and displaying the totals for each meal, and making them available to the staff that need them. For the teachers too, when they complete the dinner register, they are ALSO completing the normal AM register at the same time – 2 registers completed at once!
